Matt Huffman is an Executive Recruiter with Capital Markets Recruiting Partners, Inc. The firm is designed as a niche executive search firm specializing in the recruitment of mid to senior level professionals working in the US and Global Capital Markets. The firm accepts mandates in the areas of Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Research, and Institutional Sales and Trading.

Prior to founding Capital Markets Recruiting Partners, Mr. Huffman was the Senior Vice President of an executive search firm specializing in the financial services industry. Successfully placing dozens of candidates in this role, he was also responsible for creating the overall sales and marketing approach of the firm to the Investment Banking community in the United States and abroad and developing long term, sustainable relationships with the firm's top clients.

Mr. Huffman has more than 10 years of executive recruiting and financial services experience. Prior to becoming an executive recruiter, he worked as a full-service financial advisor to the high net worth and estate planning community for Northwestern Mutual Life, Robert W. Baird Securities, where he also played a role in the management and recruiting efforts of the college internship program.

Mr. Huffman holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Maryville University of St. Louis, MO.
